Sledding and Potluck Party
The Scandinavian American Club (SAC) will have our annual Sledding and Potluck party on Sunday, February 22, 12-3pm. Please bring your own sled and dress for the occasion. If the snow is gone or if it’s very cold, we will still plan to meet and socialize.
We will start with a potluck “soupalooza” lunch and then have outdoor activities (sledding or walking) later in the afternoon. So please bring a soup, bread, cheese/crackers or a dessert to pass and your choice of beverage.

The purpose of the Scandinavian American Club is to preserve Nordic heritages, enrich the lives of the SAC members and foster awareness of Nordic culture in the Madison area.
Residents of Madison and vicinity are welcome to become members. Commonly, members belong to one of the following groups:
- Persons born in Denmark, the Faroe Islands, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, or Sweden
- Descendants of those born in the Nordic countries
- Individuals interested in Nordic culture
